We provide a very comprehensive guarantee with all of our work. All of our conservatories windows doors and roofline products are covered by a protected guarantee administered through the Consumer Protection Association (CPA). We are very proud to have been a member of the CPA for over 10 years now; by clicking on the highlighted links on this page you can visit their web site for more information.
On completion of each of our projects that come under the CPA banner we provide our customers with an official CPA satisfaction questionaire relating to the works we have undertaken. This survey is then sent directly to the CPA for them to check we are providing a consistently high level of services and products. Once they have had this questionnaire they send out a protected guarantee to our customer, this is in addition to our own company guarantee for ultimate peace of mind.
As of all replacement windows and doors in domestic dwellings in England and Wales are required to meet with newly agreed energy saving requirements and as such are subject to building regulations.
Langleys is a registered member of FENSA (The Fenestration Self Assessment Scheme) a body set up by the government in early 2002 in order to allow companies to self-regulate installations, ensuring they meet with certain minimum technical requirements. You can also confirm just which companies are registered with FENSA before you go ahead with a project.
