As of all replacement windows and doors in domestic dwellings in England and Wales are required to meet with newly agreed energy saving requirements and as such are subject to building regulations.
Langleys is a registered member of FENSA (The Fenestration Self Assessment Scheme) a body set up by the government in early 2002 in order to allow companies to self-regulate installations, ensuring they meet with certain minimum technical requirements.
By clicking on this link you can visit the FENSA web site to see just how they ensure that their members provide their customers with installations that, as a minimum, meet with all current building regulation requirements. You can also confirm just which companies are registered with FENSA before you go ahead with a project.
As Langleys is a member of FENSA you can be assured that your new windows and doors will either meet with or, in most instances, exceed all the current legislation.
