Extensions

We choose to build all of our house extensions with 'Full' building control approval as opposed to building on something called a site notice. This means that our plans are submitted to the local authority Building Control department for them to inspect and approve before we undertake any work. When we build the extension the building control officer comes on to the site in person to inspect and sign off the key points throughout the construction process, making sure we build to the current Building Regulations standards.
Once the project is complete we receive a final certificate from the local authority which we then send on to you the customer to prove these standards have been met. We then also issue you with our comprehensive guarantee this ensures you the peace of mind in knowing that your new extension has been professionally built by a local company in its 25th year of trading.
