Here we were asked to remove the polycarbonate roof from an existing conservatory and replace it with a solid roof. We structurally reinforced the frame work using bespoke steel work to take the weight of the new roof. We then built a tiled roof with a vaulted ceiling. The finished result being a highly glazed extension. This kind of conversion is subject to building control, a service we offer in house as part of our complete planning and building control service.
