The Consumer Protection Association
Having work carried out on your home can prove to be a stressful experience. Knowing who to go to and who to trust is not always straight forward.
Langleys is built very much upon its reputation for quality and service. Be assured that with us you are dealing with an experienced, long established and professional company. Our aim is to make the whole process as straight forward as we can.
As members of the Consumer Protection Association, since the year 2000 we provide our customers with insurance to cover the full amount of their deposit payment. In addition to this the Consumer Protection Association also provide our customers with insurance to cover our guarantee.
When we complete a project our customers fill out a survey which then goes directly to the Consumer Protection Association, telling them how we performed and how they rate our company.
That means we have 14 years of independently gathered customer feed back surveys to show our prospective clients. How many other companies can give you that kind of peace of mind?
Please take a look at our Consumer Protection Association Survey results.
By clicking on the buttons below you can see how we performed during that year according to our customers. As you can see by our results, customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.
Here is an exert taken from the Consumer Protection Association website:
“Improving your home can be expensive at the best of times, but when you have not properly looked into the contractor you are hiring you could be left high and dry, facing severe financial losses.
Don’t gamble and choose a contractor on hearsay alone, use the Consumer Protection Association to find an approved firm to carry out improvements to your property.
The CPA was established to fulfil two functions: to assist in the elimination of unscrupulous trades from the home improvement market and to protect the consumer by regulating and raising standards of operation.
Each and every CPA member is thoroughly checked and approved to ensure they meet the exacting standards of best practices within their chosen trade. Only then are they eligible to join the CPA membership scheme that requires them to display consistent craftsmanship and excellent customer service.”
